Tai Chi & Qigong Instructor 

After a 10 year career in corporate marketing, Mary decided to stay home and raise her three children.  As her children grew, exploring healthy living options from exercise to diet became a passion.  Mary strives to promote a healthy, balanced lifestyle by example.  She received her Tai Chi Easy™ practice leader certification from the Institute of Integral Qigong and Tai Chi and is also a certified water aerobics instructor, and volunteer as a Daniel Plan® life coach.  She is enthusiastic about learning and sharing her interest in body - mind - spirit practices including mindfulness, yoga, meditation, reiki, and food as medicine.

Mary discovered the inner peace and healing power of tai chi qigong several years ago and found that daily practice enhances her wellbeing.  She is passionate about sharing these self-care techniques with participants in her practice sessions.
