Carrie Vall, CSJ Carrie Vall is a founding partner of the Women's Outreach Center where she practices art therapy. She also devotes time to Welcome House, Inc. and Metro Catholic School. Carrie offers art therapy to both individuals and groups at River's Edge, A Place for Reflection and Action in Cleveland, Ohio.

Carrie earned a Master of Arts in Art Therapy Counseling from Ursuline College in 2004
and was honored with the college's Achievement Award for Excellence. Her undergraduate degree is in Fine Arts from Kent State University in Kent, Ohio. Carrie has taught art in a variety of settings: shelters, schools, adult day care centers, sheltered workshops, youth centers, and training schools. Her first teaching job was at a mission school in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains in northern New Mexico. In the late 1980's, she began working with "other abled" students at St. Elizabeth High School in Baltimore, MD. This led to employment with the Cuyahoga County Board of D.D.

Before returning to school herself, Carrie taught art at St. Joseph Academy in Cleveland. Carrie is a member of the Congregation of St. Joseph.
