Fee: $40 (includes morning coffee and lunch)

Chris Checkett, Facilitator
Heidi Beke-Harrigan, Yoga Nidra

In these experiential Days of Mindfulness you will be led by experienced practitioners in sitting, walking and eating meditation, and Yoga Nidra. There will be four days of mindfulness in 2017 and each day will explore a new area of mindfulness practice, focusing on integrating the practice into your daily life. Whether this is your first experience or you have years of experience with meditation, you will enjoy the support of others in this practice and take away a set of exercises and techniques to help you better cope with life’s stresses and difficulties.

January 21

Start the New Year off revising the tradition of making resolutions and goals with the idea of living with intent. Come start 2017 with us and consider what it means to commit to becoming the person you aspire to be.

April 29

We will focus on the practice of loving kindness, also referred to as Metta meditation. Come and learn how loving kindness can increase your capacity for compassion for yourself and for others through mindful self-compassion and other exercises.

October 21

Come and learn how to cultivate inner calm. Learn to cultivate a place of inner calm that helps you remain solid and able to cope more effectively during times of stress or difficulty.
