Mindful Living Retreat
Saturdays, 9:00a.m.- 2p.m.

Come join us in this day dedicated to stillness, compassion, and self-care.  In these experiential Days of Mindfulness you will be led by experienced practitioners in sitting, walking and eating meditation, and Yoga Nidra. Practicing simple mindfulness techniques can improve wellbeing and mental and physical health.  Whether this is your first experience or you have years of experience with meditation, you will enjoy the support of others in this practice and take away a set of exercises and techniques to help you better cope with life’s stresses and difficulties.
