A Sacred Meditation for Body, Mind, and Spirit

We are living through a time of great transformation. We may be "spiritual beings having a physical experience" but our physical bodies can use our help to remain in harmony through these fast-moving, changing times.  These meditations focus on expanding our heart-focused breathing (using HeartMath ideas) with Body Consciousness (using Jin Shin Jyutsu).  Join us at this monthly meditation to create your own personal inner peace, expand your heart-focus, and deepen body awareness.  By gathering together, we intend to raise the vibration and consciousness of the whole planet.   

No experience needed.   A brief introduction/discussion will begin each session.  Participants will be guided through the body meditation for the rest of the time. Meditations are done sitting in a chair or lying on a yoga mat.
