Meditations and Mindfulness to Love the One You’re With – You

Often we forget to love the most important person in our life – our self.  Whether we feel we’re not deserving, or don’t place importance on loving ourselves, we often expect others to fill the void within us. This class will focus on meditations that will help you to learn to love yourself by working through the process with kindness and gentleness. Learning to love yourself will enhance your well-being, improve your confidence and outlook on life, as well as allow you to love and be loved more easily.
