Debunking Life’s Myths Through Meditation and Mindfulness

Four common myths in life cause us to be in conflict with ourselves, others, and situations. Buying into these myths prevents us from living a freer, healthier, balanced, and more harmonious life. This workshop will help you to discover what prevents you from living life to its fullest by challenging these myths. Through guided meditation you’ll be able to begin letting go of these restraints to experience a more relaxed and peaceful manner of living. Appropriate for those with any level of meditation experience.

Eat light and dress in comfortable clothes. Chairs and mats will be provided although you can bring a mat or cushion if you prefer. Suitable for teens through adults, beginners, novice and experienced meditators.
