Weekly Meditation

You’re invited to learn the secrets of developing inner peace so that you can be more relaxed and fulfilled. Everyone is born with the ability to discover, or rediscover, this peace. Through meditation, peace unfolds as stress is released, calming the mind and emotions. Consequently, health improves and relationships become more harmonious, while creativity and concentration is enhanced. A regular practice will nurture the spirit in profound ways, expanding your awareness and leading to a more balanced and richer life.

Weekly sessions will begin and end in discussion. There will be time for sharing personal experiences related to your meditations and answering questions in support of your journey. You will be guided through a variety of practices that can be integrated into your daily routine such as breath work / pranayama, guided and movement meditation, mindfulness and silence.

The sessions are ideal for anyone who wants to release stress and anxiety, calming your mind and emotions and awakening your spirit. If you have had a difficult time sitting still or your wandering mind prevents you from focusing while meditating at home, then these sessions will certainly help. Appropriate for teenagers through adult. Wear comfortable attire. Eat light before class. Bring your own cushion and mat if you prefer.
