Based on the ancient practice of acupuncture, EFT is a simple energy tapping procedure that targets and releases unresolved emotional issues and long-held negative beliefs that keep you feeling stuck.  In this class, you’ll not only learn the basics of energy tapping and why it is effective, you’ll also experience the tapping for yourself!
