Jin Shin Jyutsu is an ancient Japanese practice that balances our body’s energy. Energy is blocked by the environment, by what we eat and drink, by every day activities, and by our attitudes. When our energy is blocked we feel fatigued, stressed, and unable to move forward. Come and learn about the simple yet powerful art of Jin Shin Jyutsu. You will learn some easy ways to utilize your breathing and hands to move energy freely, allowing our body and mind to heal.
