Each season brings new growth and change.  In this class we will look at ways we can ease the transition of the winter season into spring and remain healthy using Jin Shin Jyutsu Self Help Techniques.  Jin Shin Jyutsu uses gentle hand holds to open our energy pathways, allowing health, fun, exuberance, and enjoyment of life. Spring is a time of new growth, more sun, and activity.  With all the delight of spring, this season, more than any other, brings pollen, creating hay fever in many people.  The change out of winter into spring also brings cold and flu season.  In this class, we will look at ways to help our bodies stay strong and healthy, alleviate hay fever, prevent colds and flues, strengthen our energy (Key), help balance our liver and gall bladder energies, and help balance the attitude of anger.  When we are in balance, it is so much easier to enjoy the wonders of the season we are in.  Come and enjoy learning healthy ways of getting into spring!
