Join me as we explore how meditation can reduce anxiety and stress in you, helping you become more balanced, peaceful and healthier. The physical, mental, emotional and spiritual benefits of meditation will be covered. We will also explore its history and the research proving its effectiveness. You will learn simple meditations that can become the foundation of your practice.

Eat light and dress in comfortable clothes. Chairs and mats will be provided although you can bring a mat or cushion if you prefer. Suitable for teens through adults, beginners, novice and experienced meditators.
