"What lies behind us and what lies before us are tiny matters compared to what lies within us"
-Ralph Waldo Emerson

“How can I make a difference? What changes can I make? I am just one person” are typical questions and thoughts we hear. However, each of us has the immense power to make change in our everyday lives by making small conscious choices.  Join us for a workshop on creating the pieces of a conscious lifestyle, one small step at a time. The day-long session will be broken up into two sessions.

Session I: Holistic Health & Wellness
9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Session I Fee: $30 (includes morning coffee)

This session will focus on creating a conscious mindset through health and wellness. Learn more here.

Session II: Conscious Choices
1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Session II Fee: $30 (includes afternoon snack)

This session will take a deeper look at being a conscious shopper and what each of us can do in our daily lives to live more sustainably. Learn more here

Conscious Collective:

Ashleyn Przedwiecki, as small town Midwestern girl, has been building, imagining, and creating with fabric since the days of her barnyard studio. While studying in England she was able to dig deeper into garment construction and the social impact clothing has on women’s roles throughout history.

Nikki Rae is a Minnesota native with a love for travel, culture, and fashion. While living abroad, she was able to take part in the production of handmade goods from the local indigenous people and became inspired to make a difference in the wasteful nature of a consumer-driven world.

Jessica Terry, mother and active health advocate, has been practicing yoga and clean eating for most of her adult life. With a drive for making people's lives more healthy, she loves connecting with people and helping them to determine their health and life goals.
