Wu Style, Long Form Tai Chi

Tai Chi is “Moving Meditation”. Learn how the principles of harmony and
fluidity can make a difference in reducing stress, tension and anxiety in your life. This ancient form of exercise, with its controlled, gentle movements coordinates body, breath and mind, restoring and promoting health, well-being and balance. Relaxing and energizing, Tai Chi improves focus, concentration and endurance.

In this class we'll practice “The Eight Great Treasures” and the “108
Movement Form” familiar to many in the Cleveland area. All levels are welcome.
