Memorial Services at River's Edge

Sometimes life presents us with the death of a loved one and distance prevents us from being there to celebrate his/her life, or for some reason the person is not affiliated with a church or temple and we look for ways to honor, remember, celebrate his or her life in a meaningful and dignified way. If you find yourself in one of these situations or something similar then this program may be for you.

River’s Edge would like to offer you an opportunity to memorialize the life of a deceased loved one in our beautiful century old building that is imbued with the peace and tranquility of the Sisters of St Joseph who have inhabited it for more than 100 years. We offer beautiful indoor and outdoor settings for services to take place and we welcome people of all faiths to participate.

Our capable staff will work with you to provide a meaningful service tailored to address the particular qualities and characteristics of the person being remembered and the needs of his/her family and friends. Because this is not meant to take the place of a traditional funeral involving the viewing and burial of the body, we ask that you allow a minimum of 2 weeks notice to ensure adequate time for planning a memorial service tailored to your needs.
